Apart from creating sales opportunities through their educational webinars with Microsoft, they wanted to create partnership opportunities through networking and collaboration proposals.
To grow its customer base via reseller network and vice versa, WeTransact needed a reliable outbound solution to start meaningful conversations with their target audience.
To open new sales and networking opportunities in 3+ regions in just one year, the WeTransact team had to approach potential resellers through cold outreach.
Our goal was to reach as many people as possible (qualified prospects only) within a month.
However, keeping up with Google’s and Yahoo’s anti-spam requirements means they had to stick to a daily limit of 60-100 emails/day/sender.
To beat email-sending volume limits and reach more potential collaborators, they would have to follow this process:
→ manually duplicate campaign content
→ manually assign different reps as senders
→ manually distribute leads to each sender’s campaign
→ lose tons of hours & $$$ on repetitive outreach tasks.
To scale their outreach while avoiding spam, they used lemlist, which allowed them to add multiple emails per paid seat and send 1 campaign from multiple accounts.
